Borneo Kratom is another favorite strain for treating anxiety. This strain is rich in 7-hydroxy mitragynine, an alkaloid content responsible for pain relief and anti-anxiety effects. Moreover, Borneo Kratom contains little mitragynine, an alkaloid content associated with stimulation.

Bali Kratom has both anti-anxiety and sedative effects, making it one of the best choices to treat anxiety. Also, this strain is more budget-friendly compared to the Borneo and Indo strains. However, dosage must be monitored closely to avoid adverse effects from using this strain.

Compared to other kratom strains, White Vein Strains have higher levels of mitragynine, making them more stimulating. Some varieties, however, have mild energetic effects like the White Vein Borneo, which may not trigger anxiety if taken moderately.

Thai Kratom leaves give an energy-boosting effect, making this strain a good one to steer clear of when you want relief from anxiety. Consuming this strain may worsen your anxiety because of its high stimulating properties.

3. Maeng Da

While some Maeng Da varieties have anti-anxiety properties, other strains may just make your anxiety worse. You may need to do some trial and error before coming up with the perfect strain or combination for anxiety relief. With that said, it would be best to avoid this strain if you don’t know much about its varieties.
