Cooking with kratom these holidays is a great way to add some flavor to your desserts and drinks while staying healthy. Kratom powder isn’t just great for tea. You may turn your favorite holiday dishes into kratom recipes for Christmas. Energize yourself and power through the holidays by cooking with kratom and enjoying these delicious treats!

Desserts

1. Kratom Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. kratom powder
  • 3 cups of cold applesauce
  • cinnamon powder (optional)

Procedure: 

Mix kratom powder and the applesauce. Add a dash of cinnamon powder to taste.

2. Kratom Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • ½ gallon melted ice cream
  • 1-2 tbsp. kratom powder

Procedure:

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of kratom powder to half a gallon of melted ice cream. Freeze.

3. Kratom Jello

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • Two tsp. kratom powder
  • 1 tbsp. Jello powder

Procedure:

Boil 2 cups of water with two teaspoons of kratom powder. Take care not to over boil so as not to destroy the alkaloids. Pour mixture into a strainer to get rid of the water. Stir in the jello powder and mix until completely dissolved. Put in the fridge until firm.

4. Cinnamon Kratom Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 7 grams of kratom powder
  • 3 cups of milk or soy milk
  • One tsp. cinnamon powder
  • sugar or honey (optional)

Procedure:

Add the kratom powder to oatmeal and boil in your milk of choice. Once done, let sit. Add cinnamon powder and sugar or honey to taste.

5. Kratom Pie

Ingredients:

  • 8 grams of kratom leaves
  • Sweetener (to taste)

Procedure:

Boil the leaves for a few hours and wait until the water has completely evaporated. The leaves should now have softened to a paste-like consistency. Mold into a pie shape. Heat the pie in the microwave for 10 seconds if you want to soften it further. Top with honey if desired. Cut the pie into bite-size pieces or grind into a powder to stuff into capsules.

6. Fruity Kratom Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 5 grams of kratom powder
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Chopped fruits (optional)

Procedure:

Add Kratom powder to yogurt. Flavored yogurt is best for this recipe than plain yogurt. Add your chopped fruit of choice.

Drinks

7. Flaxseed Banana Kratom Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Two medium-sized bananas
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Two tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • Two tbsp. kratom powder

Procedure:

Put all these ingredients in a blender and start blending. Now you have a banana flaxseed smoothie with kratom to energize you all day long.

8. Hot Cocoa with Kratom

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. kratom powder
  • 2 tbsp. hot chocolate mix (syrup or powder)
  • Distilled water

Procedure:

Add the kratom and the hot chocolate in a cup and add boiling water. Stir the mixture gently.

9. Coconut Milk with Kratom Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Coconut milk
  • 5-10 pcs. crushed almonds
  • One tsp. flavored protein whey
  • 5 mg. kratom powder

Procedure:

Blend all the above ingredients and enjoy your kratom the orient way.

10. Fruity Kratom Juice

Ingredients:

  • ½ L. fruit juice
  • 1-2 tbsp. kratom powder

Procedure:

Kratom tastes pleasant when mixed with fruit juice, especially lemonade and grapefruit. These citrus drinks seem to take away Kratom’s naturally bitter taste. Just add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Kratom powder to half a liter of your preferred fruit drink.

11. Kratom Tea Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 50 gm. crushed kratom leaves
  • 1 L. water
  • Four egg yolks
  • Four egg whites
  • Heavy cream- 1 cup
  • One tsp. grated nutmeg
  • 1 pint of milk (whole)
  • 1/3 cup of sugar

Procedure for the kratom tea:

Boil the crushed kratom leaves for 15 minutes. Strain the liquid into a bowl. Squeeze the juice from kratom leaves to make sure you get every last drop. Boil the liquid extracted until it has reduced to 100 ml.

Procedure for the eggnog:

Mix the egg yolks until the color lightens. Slowly add the sugar and mix until completely dissolved.

Add the whole milk, heavy cream, and fresh nutmeg into a medium saucepan. Stir sporadically and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and slowly temper the warm mixture into the egg and sugar mixture. Boil mixture to 160 degrees F. Remove it from the heat, mix in the kratom tea and put the mixture in the fridge to cool.

Beat the egg whites to form delicate peaks. While beating, add 1 tbsp of sugar and continue to beat until you get more rigid peaks. Take out the cold mixture from the fridge and whisk in the egg whites.

This list of holiday dessert and drinks goes excellent with any kratom powder. You can celebrate Christmas with a variety of holiday-themed servings from kratom cookies to a kratom tea eggnog. Enjoy the holidays by cooking with kratom using these tasty recipes!
